Within the healthcare system, delays are inevitable. However, with private pay, there is no waiting, and therapy can begin as soon as desired.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy (understanding that sickness and other unexpected circumstances occur). Failure to cancel 24 hours before the session will result in a $20 non-cancellation fee. If you do not provide any notice and are a no-show, you will be charged for the full session. Repeated offenses may lead to a discontinuation of services.

Cash, check, or card. Water City Speech Therapy accepts credit/debit cards through a HIPAA-compliant practice portal.

Speech therapy will be provided in your home or at your child’s daycare, private school, or other location in the community (e.g., the library).

Yes. We will begin with a complimentary phone consultation, followed by a comprehensive evaluation.

No, you do not need a doctor's referral to begin services at Water City Speech Therapy.

If you are in Oshkosh or within a 15-mile radius, there is no extra charge. Those outside the radius will be charged $0.25 per mile.

Every child has a unique therapy plan. Therapy will conclude when they have reached their speech and language goals!

There are many factors that determine whether speech therapy is needed. If you have concerns or if a teacher/caregiver has expressed concerns, please set up a free phone consultation. Early intervention is always best, but therapy will not be suggested if it is not needed.
